Today Serbia is holding elections on 3 levels, i dont know what are the actual terms to describe these levels, ill just say for the republic parlament, the autonomous province parlament and local.
If there is a god the pro-european parties will win and form the new government *prays to the heavens* The pro-european vs pro-russian ratio is roughly 50:50.  Thats why we need luck

Preliminary results were announced some 15 minutes ago. Theyre good
DS, a pro-EU party = 38% vs the SRS pro-russians = 28% The rest are some minor parties that are just there to fill the gaps. Everyone i know is surprised by the results. Maybe this is cause of you ;D |

It aint all that bad. Belgrade still has some buildings bombed in '99 that arent repaired. Rural areas are still undeveloped but theyve seen much, much harsher times. Those of us that live in urban areas live much better.
Nationalism is a problem. So are human/minority rights. A bit of corruption. Otherwise its cool
